Cancellation Policy

At Tours Morocco, we understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains our terms for cancellations, refunds, and rebooking to ensure clarity and fairness for all our guests.

Booking Deposit

A deposit of 20-30% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before the start of your tour, as specified in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation Timeline

Refunds are calculated based on how far in advance you cancel your tour before the scheduled departure date:

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour price.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total tour price.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
• No-shows or early departures: No refund will be issued for guests who fail to arrive or choose to leave the tour early.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp to our team. Your cancellation will be confirmed once received, and the applicable refund (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Changes to Your Booking

If you need to change your travel dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request free of charge, subject to availability, if the request is made at least 15 days before departure. Date changes requested within 15 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to the terms above.

Tour Cancellations by Tours Morocco

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or insufficient group size for group tours), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour at no additional cost.

Force Majeure

Tours Morocco is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government travel restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your tour or provide a credit for future travel wherever possible.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and medical emergencies. Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages and is the responsibility of the traveler.

Special Circumstances (New Year’s Eve & Peak Season Tours)

Due to high demand and limited desert camp availability, tours booked for New Year’s Eve and other peak season dates require full, non-refundable prepayment 30 days before departure. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable, though date changes may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
